If you're not happy with your purchase, just send it back to us within 14 days from the time you received it. Please keep in mind that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable. Call us to get the authorization before your return your items.             
Once your return has been received, allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed if you paid with a credit or debit card. If you paid by check or money order, allow 3-4 weeks for your refund check to arrive. Please Note: this timing can vary based on the season.
